We only accept replacements. Returns are not accepted.

You may request a replacement within 7 working days of delivery.

If your product is damaged or defective when delivered, please submit a complaint within 5 calendar days of delivery at
https://airth.in/pages/complaint under the Replacement Tab for prompt, no-cost resolution.

How do I request a replacement?

  • Submit your request through our official online portal: https://airth.in/pages/complaint
  • Select the Replacement Request form (for replacements)
  • Complete the required details, describe your issue, and attach any supporting documents or photos

What happens after I submit my replacement request?

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 working days with further instructions
  • If your request is eligible, we’ll arrange a pickup from your address
  • Ensure the product is unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, with all accessories and the purchase receipt

When will I receive my replacement?

  • Replacements: A replacement product is shipped after we receive and verify your original item

When are replacements NOT accepted?

  • The product or packaging is damaged, used, or missing parts (not due to shipping)
  • The product has been altered or tampered with
  • The request is made after 7 working days from delivery
